Create our Altcoin Exchange website and mobile app project

We are an existing Barter Trade Exchange and we would like to convert our Ledger to Blockchain. Currently we have over 5000 Members / Wallets with balances that need to be imported to the new blockchain after its created. As we are barter and not a cash based currency we cannot be part of an existing blockchain for legal reasons. IMPORTANT: I don’t want custom built script. I want to use existing scripts and customize it for our own Cryptocurrency and brand. We don’t have the time for custom scripts and so many existing open source scripts exist that could be adapted for this project. Many of the scripts are suggested below. If you only want to build your own custom script and not use existing scripts, then this project is NOT for you. For this reason, we want the project live after testing within 3-6 weeks. Some Scripts and or 3rd party services to speed up this project are not free and as such must be included in the total budget. This project is in 3 parts: A. Create our own Currency / Blockchain from fork of Ripple etc. (EG: [login to view URL] ) B. Create and connect Exchange script to the new Currency ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or any other similar script to assist clients make payment online.) After this is created we need to be able to let our staff edit client account information from an “Admin” and process payments for clients etc. C. Create Mobile App to process transactions. ( [login to view URL] ) What I believe I need is as follows: 1. Create our own Digital currency (Altcoin) based on something like Ripple for fast transactions. We don’t require mining as such we will need the ledger managed by our existing secure servers. 2. Import existing member balances into the ledger. We already have over 5000 members with balances that will need to be imported into the blockchain and Exchange software. 3. We need online digital exchange software. Software already exists for this so we need to find software we can rebrand for our own currency and use. This will operate something like coinbase that allows us to identify wallets and meet KYC requirements. Again, such software already exists it’s a matter of finding it and customize it for our coin and brand. 4. Mobile apps for Android and iPhone are required. It must offer QR code scanning for processing of person to person sales. User should only need to sign up with email and password. This then would create a wallet and or inform the app of the existing wallet address. As such its working more like its connected to an exchange then an independent wallet. As per legal requirements now in many countries we need to follow KYC for our clients and have basic Client Data and identification on file. Note if you have not done Bitcoin Blockchain work before this is not a project for you. This project requires experienced Developers to be able to create a secure platform with the least about of development time. Before I give you the project I will ask you to prove your experience and only if satisfied will I consider your bid. A project like this has a high chance of ongoing business relationship to continue development and improvements. You should consider this when listing your bid amount.
