Hey Hi, i have read the PDF of the project and i can take care of the milestones as follows 1 Milestone, i would recommend to use Photon but depending of the needs of the project we can find other alternatives. in a couple of days should be ready. 2 Milestone , Assign all the actions to the controllers and create the scripts for them. 2 or 3 days counting with the testing that normally takes time. 3 Milestone , Create a method to create the "Cut" feature. this also can take 2 or 3 days to make properly. i have a Htc Vive headset to work with. As for the Fixed price i would do it for 2.600 E in 3 Milestones of 866 E including the Freelancer Fee. As for the questions, you mention compiling apks so i am guessing you also want it for [login to view URL] you only state that we are going to use Oculus Rift and Vive, can you elaborate on that please.
