Lipsync a Character in Unity

The winning bidder will import one character into a scene and then make that character lip sync specific talk file (.mp3) using the most up to date lipsync plugins for Unity. CONSIDERED BIDDERS MUST make a sample video of same character (see files attached here) imported into Unity (you may have to convert the file into .fbx) and that character will say anything of the bidders choosing in a video you made with Unity and any accompanying software. Winning bidders may receive opportunity to work on series (13 episodes @ 20 minutes each) / animated series.
