Unity3D: Add Info into Firebase

Currently I have an app that allows users to submit a form based on a predefined dropdown info from Firebase. I also have added an extra function where users are able to add a gameobject on an image. I would like to have the coordinates of this gameobject to be saved together with each submitted form. All submitted forms will have different gameobjects. Whenever the app restarts, the gameobject will automatically appear based on the info of the form from Firebase. Brief demo shown is attached.
