Where İs My Bus

I am working on a where is my bus project. I have live bus coordinates, next bus stop, how stop have selected bus stop, bus stop coordinates etc. live informations. I want a multilanguage (Turkish, English, Turkish language will translate from us) and responsive android project with source code that : 1) If people enter bus stop number, project show which paths passing from this bus stop and how will time they arrive (I have datas) 2) If people ask nearest bus stop (with phone gps coordinate) project show which paths passing from this bus stop and how will time they arrive (I have datas) 3) If people have qr code which all bus stops have that (qr codes just bust stop number), project show which paths passing from this bus stop and how will time they arrive (I have datas) 4) If people want to set up time alert that before bus come, they can set that. 5) Project will be useable from disabled people that can read all 4 for two language. I can vocalization that speaches. I can give you logo and I can give you XML webservice.
