The software is an app with versions to run on iPhone and Android, maybe later for Windows and Mac desktops. The function is essentially low latency peer-to-peer video/audio streaming, encrypted, and negotiated by a server but connecting direct once the call is in progress. The routing of images to the screens is a bit different from standard video messaging, and the app also includes some analysis of the image being sent, and display of the results. There seem to be a lot of streaming platforms out there which can be used as a basis, but they all have different strengths and weaknesses, so I need someone who knows their way around them and can pick the best to do everything I need. In a second phase of the development, the app must also manage issuing keys to other installations. I've got a written spec. with more (confidential!) details.
