Create vue.js components for multiple REST API endpoints supporting basic CRUD operations

Our company is in the process of moving a current Access database into a vue.js SPA. There are a number of pieces left to convert - but these really are all data entry related. I'm looking for someone who can work on a branch of our git pipeline and add vue components to interact with the already existing API. (GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE commands already exist for these endpoints) Attached is the list of forms that need to be converted, along with the necessary API endpoints. Screenshots of the existing windows forms are included. (Upon project acceptance, I can provide a copy of the access database these forms are taken from). Our development stack uses node.js, vue-x, axios, element-ui and vue-tables-2. We're looking for someone who can look at a sample of our work and adopt our basic application approach. These forms will require both lists and detail forms. List pages are view only, details forms can be edited. Add new functionality must also be supported. Please provide samples of vue.js work.
