Create A Desktop APP to retrieve data from biometric device through network port then send SMS notification. Build a Desktop APP using either C++ or C# to retrive data from a Biometric Device ZTECO K40 through insert that data into mysql database then immediately send a SMS notification to Phone. I.e When someone places their finger print on the Biometric device on successful authentication an SMS notification is send to the phone number associated with that fingerprint from mysql database. Projct Budget : $100
