Summary: This is a project for a Delphi programmer or a small team. The person or team that will undertake this project must have experience in Delphi, the MySQL database system and the VCL component(s) QuickReport and DevExpress Quantum Grid. Please place your bid only if you have a portfolio of project, or projects in Delphi, the above database system and the above component(s). Note that we will only pay for a complete, working and bug-free end-result according to our specifications that are described in this document. We will not pay for an incomplete try to deliver the end-result. The nominated person, or team will have to sign and send us a "Non-disclosure agreement" regarding this project before starting to work. Also it has to work remotely on our server (note that our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, GMT+02 (excluding official holidays). Working on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or evenings, might also be possible upon request), because we need to add new code on an already existing software project. Copying or sending code from the existing software project to the nominated person, or team for examination, testing or local development is not allowed. Sending us code, or files that you want to use in your development, is allowed. Please place your bid only if you agree with the above prerequisites.
