Hello, If you are on a shared hosting site. With Cpanel, then whatever you do you will not get ACCESS to create a database from a script. However there are work arounds for that. What do you want to achieve? BUT if its a VPS, then it may be a config issue. Need more info. Will be happy to hear from you.
