I need to open and save an external file such as PDF, IMAGE, WORD, TEXT from msaccess form into the database, blob, ole .The front end is in msaccess 2016 linked to a mysql database. I know the downside so no need to explain why is better to link than save , linking is already figured out Everything has to be coded using VBA NO native attachment fields that come with msaccess should be used
