OCR Component To Read Windows App

I am looking for a component that is compatible with .NET that can read text from any windows application when given coordinates of the text. Example would be i pass the component the x,y coordinates for the point and the height and width of the rectangle i want captured. This function will return to me the text that is in that rectangle. All the text will be in normal windows fonts and will be letters and numbers and symbols only. I need to basically read information from an online poker site and need to read the names of the players at the table and the names are not located inside of any windows control. For a test you can go to [login to view URL] and download their poker client. Open up a table and look at how user names and money amounts are displayed under the avatar for the player, i need a component that can return the text to me from areas such as this poker table. ANy questions let me know. I need a COMPONENT not an application since i will then need to use the component in an application of my own that i am writing. I am looking to be in the $500 range for a product that works as stated above, after acceptance of the project i will email a list of sites i need this to work for. i would prefer this be written in C# if possible and source code included
