Make "Browse for Folders" and "Browse for Files" dialogs work in WinPE

I'm building a custom WinPE bootable environment using the Windows ADK 8.1 (mainly using DISM and related command line tools to build this), but the Windows functionality of the Browse for Folder and Browse for Files dialogs do not work in the booted WinPE environment. Either I get a blank dialog for the Browse for Folder or I can't select a file in the Browse for File dialog. These are the standard Windows dialogs. Let me know which files I need to copy or provide command line examples that I can use to add registry keys to my build that will make these dialogs work in WinPE. You will need to build your own WinPE bootable USB drive to test this out (use any program in the build that would display a Browse for Folder or Browse for Files dialog box to test).
