.Net Developer position with Booz Allen Hamilton Key Role: Work with a leading edge technology team to solve challenging client problems, including improving information sharing, concept visualization, decision analysis, information awareness, inventory management, and capability development. Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in the end-to-end software development life-cycle to address client business needs through IT. Perform requirements analysis making use of Human Capital information to build innovative .net, Microsoft Access, VBA, and SQL Server solutions to help clients accomplish their missions. Lead client meetings to obtain requirements, perform designs and analysis, and vet designs with client and stakeholders. Lead, develop, and implement custom Microsoft .NET, Access, and SQL Server solutions. Document system processes, ensure quality delivery of a final technical solution, and work closely with other developers, analysts, and project managers to achieve the client's goal and mission. Provide user support to application users to ensure the tools created are used as intended and aide GIS data sharing with official federal, state, and local organizations. This position is located in Warren, MI. Basic Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with creating and managing Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases, including creating tables, relationships, data models, TSQL, performance tuning, or normalizing data -4+ years of experience with ASP .Net for 3.5 or higher and Web development, including C# or VB -2+ years of experience with developing Visual Basic and VBA applications to automate forms and respond to user events connected to SQL Server or Microsoft Access databases -Experience with writing SQL queries and performing database reporting -Ability to obtain a security clearance Additional Qualifications: -Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) -Experience with working on developing and integrating systems in SharePoint (MOSS 2010) -Experience in working with government client -Ability to be an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver -Ability to work in a team environment and offer or support ideas -Ability to prioritize, multiple task, and work with stakeholders -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree preferred ------------------ Morgan Davidson Booz|Allen|Hamilton
