Adding functionality to open source react library

[login to view URL] I need a fix for the issue above. I would like to be able to specify a model for the form, and have those values loaded into the form's react components (using material-ui). This must work for all data types (specified in /src/*.js) such as the Text, Date, Array etc etc. Feel free to submit as a github pull request, or as a patch, to me.
