Job Responsibilities: • Should be well versed with Oracle Identity Management Suite of Solutions 10g and up preferably 11g R+ • Overall experience in IT 8+ years for Senior Profiles and 4+ years for Junior profiles • Hands-On Experience in OIM is a must 5+years for Senior Profiles and 2-3 years for junior profiles • Should have been through one complete cycle of OIM implementation cycle this includes installation, configuration • Integration experience of OIM with source systems – HR systems, Databases, Custom stores • Integration experience with target systems – Databases, LDAP, Legacy systems • Thorough understanding of building workflows, OIM related objects, customization to OIM user/admin screens.
