I am looking into establishing a long term relationship with a free lancer for electronic development, and PCB designs (environmental control systems/raspberry, electronic design, software...weird stuff), starting into 2018. But my fist job is small and should be relatively easy if not unconventional. I need the Gerber files for something like the uploaded jpg below. I also needs this made as soon as possible. Characteristics Diameter of the board: 56.5 mm +- .5, round. Coil: 42.5 mm +- .5 , mirrored on each layers (4 inner + 2 outer) Coil trace .3 mm, size not too important as long as they do not short. Pads: 12x (PTH=.8, OAR= 2.6) connected in pairs, and to ends of each of the 6 coils Material is FR4, no mask, no silk, bare copper min 1oz, plated Chemical AU Rohs on external layers. If you have any question please contact me. Also if you can write a quick cover letter about yourself that would be grand. Thank you so much for looking into this.
