1. I want about 1 Very high quality template with built in paypal shopping cart system. 2. I want to own the completed template and the shopping cart script, totally. So I have the right to resell it if I want. 3. The cart must be easy to maintain and have a control panel to ad itmes, prices, shipping etc, via a web brouser. 4. The cart can be done in asp, perl, cgi , but it must be able to run on most servers easily, If it were operatiing system independant that would be even better, ( Run on all Servers ) 5. The template should be a store such as a computer parts store. 6. Please don't waste my time telling me about you or your designers or experieance. 7.
