Please note you only have to do coding for this project. I need a mixture of a freelance website and an auction website. It will be a freelance website but like ebay. I would like this website completed in perl or java. I just need the coding completed. I have the design and will provide the content. I would you just to put basic content on each page that tells what it is for so that the content writer will know what to write. You do not have to do the content writing or the design. I would like to have a complex administration section as well. I need the code to be bug free and unique. I do not want you to steal any code. I need this completed as soon as possible. You must be available via msn instant messenger. I would like a daily update and would like to be able to track the progress online.
