The Tennessee Disability Coalition, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is in need of photograph/videography help. With programs, policy, and purpose, the Tenessee Disability Coalition tireless advocates for the fair and equal access of Tennesseans with disabiltites. We're working on a photography/videography project (specs attached), and I'd love to see if you'd be interested in participating, and receive a quote for your services. Essentially, we're looking for two final deliverables: 1. Photo/video shoots of five Tennessee families impacted by disability. Shoots will include photos, the capture of B-roll, and video of answers to testimonial questions. Retouching of final photos will be done by you. Video editing will be done by another party. Please reference the composition examples document attached to this email for your reference. The assets secured in these five shoots will be used in a redesign of the Coalition's website, print and digital marketing and collateral materials, and future video projects. 2. Photo/video profile of child affected with a special healthcare need. This is more of a soup-to-nuts project in which you would be responsible for capturing and editing photos and video of said child and their family to ultimately tell their story, and the need for a policy change in Tennessee. We will provide full artistic direction, shot lists, and any necessary scripts. You are welcome to quote the project with and without video editing if you are not comfortable and/or do not have the bandwidth to create and edit full videos. In this case, please quote for shooting only. Full details of the projects can be found in accompanying documents.

I am a Nashville based producer and project manager specializing in creative, focused, budget appropriate video and audio production. I have produced commercials and numerous non-profit productions and PSAs where the messaging is as important as the visuals. I work with crews bu and edit as needed but also with the ability to bring in resources depending on budget and project needs. That being said, I am always drawn to and compelled to tell stories that need to be told and obviously this subject matter falls under that category. My budget/milestones are based on the Video Plan (that I may have flexibility on) and there is some information that needs to be discussed: QUESTIONS: #1 TDC - Shoot - TDC Website Photos & Video  Final Media In-Hand Date: January 21 – Photos and videos to be edited by bidding vendor, or by another party. (Is this a hard deadline for the #1 TDC deliverables?) 1. Subjects will be photographed in “natural” setting, such as their home, or a nearby park for a one- day shoot." (Since this is winter finding an visually appropriate park location might be problematic.) A photo shoot of multiple subjects "across the state" for use on TDC website, and other collaterals ("Across the state" needs to be more defined".) The bid I'm presenting is for locations that are accessible from from Nashville. If multiple locations are needed beyond the scope of this area, a timetable based on shooting dates as well as mileage would need to be discussed.
