I currently have an excel spreadsheet with 8 worksheets for Property Investment Analysis. Would like to convert the spreadsheet into a plugin that can be used either with a Joomla Website and WordPress Website. The Plug-in should also be a downloadable and can be installed in Windows Platform from our website.

Dear Employer, Greeting!! I am able to convert your excel sheet into joomla and wordpress plugin which can download too.' Note: I can build it into wordpress and joomla too the difference in both is that in joomla it takes less time to convert and in wordpress it takes few hours more than that. I will charge according to time and days I will spend on it. Note: I can tell you a brief idea about time and my earning after our full discussion on your requirements.
