Convert a static theme to joomla website

I've a static version of a website that need to be converted to a multilanguage Joomla! site. The Joomla! version should look the same as sample version more infos and sample page will be provided as the project gets awarded. Main task is to implement the "work" (portfolio) page, also blog page and contact form needs some cosmetic work. I also need you to set up the language switcher and that both english and finnish version look the same. I need the finnish language to be set as default however will upload finnish content myself to replace yours as the project will be delivered. Final result should be looking exactly and have same functionalities as the sample page provided when you'll accept the assignment. Need the project delivered within three (3) days.
