Hi, we found you off of elance, we were looking for a very high ranked programmer out of north America to do a job for us. We are a payment disbursement company, where clients send us payment information and load funds into accounts such as our bank account, epassporte, paypal and we send their payments (checks, wires, etc) out for a fee.
