16528 To fix an email site

To do the following changes to an existing email site at www.kinpal.com. please tell which country you are from. 1) To load a new index page which has got new account registration and existing user login option. When new account is registered, new emails has to be created on the domain. 2) To remove the grey space on the edges of pages. 3) To remove the webmail text and thick blue line on top of all the pages. 4) To left align the fields in the frequent reply section and group the fields with a group box. 5) Bring up the toolbars found in the left to the top and align it with the frequent reply section. 6) The site is logging out automatically after sometime. please remove this auto-logging out. 7) At the bottom of the inbox there is white space. Extend the grey lines and replace the white space. 8) Move the frequent reply section to the right a bit and centralize it in relation to the inbox emails. 9) The inbox button is not clickable sometimes. please make sure its clickable always and check for new emails each time when its clicked. 10) When the add new file is clicked, a popup is opened and the user has to click the browse button in the popup window to select the file. Pls change it so that when the user clicks on the add new file button the user can immediately select the file without opening the popup button. 11) Change the quota limit message at the bottom like this "Used Space : (#) MB". Remove the green barometer also. 12) Please change this message "You have 2 messages, none read in the folder Inbox " to this "You have 2 new emails" 13) Change the following button texts :- "Delete selected" change to "Delete Selected" "Flag selected" change to "Flag Selected" "Unflag selected" change to "Unflag Selected" "Move selected to" change to "Move Selected To" "Show only unread" change to "Show Only Unread" "Show only flagged" change to "Show Only Flagged" "Show all" change to "Show All" 14) When the messages in the message template is loaded, the entire page is reloaded. pls change this. use javascript to load the message on the fly without reloading the entire page. 15) When the drafts in the drafts list is loaded, the entire page is reloaded. pls change this. use javascript to load the draft on the fly without reloading the entire page. 16) Left align the fields in the frequent reply section properly. its not left aligned properly. 17) When the email is read, there is a delete button and move to button at the bottom. please move this 2 buttons to the top before the print button. 18) in the admin section of the site, please include a browse button to load an html page. when the emails are sent this html page shd be attached at the bottom of the emails. 19) In the compose mail page, left align all the fields which are in the center now. 20) When the emails are sent, there is long line attached to the emails. please remove this long line. 21) When the emails are sent this message is displayed :- "This e-mail has been sent without problems" "Continue " please change this. when the emails are sent just load the inbox and display a message "Email Sent" at the top of the page. 22) In the compose page make the send button bigger and centralize it properly. 23) When the emails are sent, its not saved in the sent items folder according to the "Store the emails sent to these addresses only (optional)" option. when this option is empty its also not saving all the emails into the sent items. 24) When the emails are received its not routed to the proper folder according to the "Store the emails from these addresses only (optional) " option. please check. 25) Remove the move selected button in the top. the emails shd be moved immediately to the selected folder in the combobox. Default the combobox initial value to "Move..." 26) When emails are searched, the search view does not include the select check box, delete button, flag button and the quick reply fields. please include all these buttons in the search view. 27) When the emails are searched do not display mails from the trash folder. 28) When emails sent from this domain are read in other email domains, a read notification shd be sent back to indicate it has been read. preferences page ============= 29) remove the trash section, sent items section 30) this option is not working "Block emails coming from certain addresses". pls check. 31) this option is not working "Block emails containing certain texts". pls check. 32) this option is not working "Default reply". pls check. 33) include 3 auto - forwarder fields in the messages section like below :- Auto-forward : __________ Auto-forward : __________ Auto-forward : __________ the emails received shd be auto forwarded to the emails set in this fields. 34) "Refresh messages time (minutes)" is not working. the emails are not checked for the time interval set. pls check. 35) When there are no emails in the frequent reply section. the entire section is not visible. please change this. this frequent reply section shd be visible eventhough there are no emails. 36) The IE file menu is hidden when the site is loaded. please change this. the IE file menu shd be visible. 37) When the draft is saved with an attachment, the size column in the draft folder is still 0. show the actual size of the email with the attachment. 38) When a draft mail is created with an attachment, the frequent reply section is also loaded with the same attachment. please remove it. 39) Remove the save as draft option in the message template folder. 40) When a frequent reply is sent the compose mail page is opened now. please change this. instead of opening the compose mail page, send the email directly and then display a message as "Message Sent" at the top of the frequent reply section. 41) When you click the toolbar option in the left, u cannot click the second time after u go into the page. please change this to allow clicking the same option as many times as u want eventhough u are already in the page. 42) When i click the inbox, all the mails shd be loaded and all the search filters or sort orders shd be reset to default. 43) When i edit something in the quick reply, the same message is also loaded into the frequent reply section. pls remove this. 44) When i send a quick reply, this page is shown :- "This e-mail has been sent without problems" "Continue " please change this. just load the inbox after the email is sent and then display a message "Message Sent" at the top of the inbox. 45) When i reply to an email the reply section contains this text "--------- Mensagem Original --------". Please correct it to "--------- Original Message--------" 46) When a reply mail is sent load the inbox and display message "Message Sent" at the top of the inbox. 47) The previous and next page navigation is not working properly. When there are 5 emails in total and all 5 emails are displayed in the first page and i search for previous 2 emails, it is showing the first 2 emails. this is wrong. in this situation it shd still show all the 5 emails because there are no more previous mails. samething when i search for next 100 emails it is showing all the 5 emails. this is wrong because it shd return an empty page since there are no more 100 emails. to avoid this 2 problems, disable the previous link when the first page is shown. and when the last page is shown disable the next link. 48) Include 2 more links in the page navigation as "First" and "Last", when these links are clicked retrieve the first page and last page accordingly. 49) To limit the attachment size to only 10MB. anything greater than that will be disallowed. 50) The default reply set for all emails in the preferences page is not working. when a mail is received the default reply set is not being sent. 51) The default reply set for the specific emails in the address book page is not working. when a mail is received the default reply set is not being sent. 52) Spam emails are not being detected and routed to the spam folder. please check. 53) To autocheck for new emails at specified intervals like gmail. 54) To include a delete account button in the settings to delete the email account by the user.
