All members would be able to view their downline All member's can view the “top 300 referrals” on the front. Also need to be able to see actual member count on the fron page. There would only be a two payment tier instead of three (upline payment and admin payment only) Members downline activation would only occur after payment has been made and would remain open until the admin wishes to close them. Admin will send a bulk email to trigger payment time. Admin must easily be able to close one or all downlines within the script. Admin will need a mail server in the script to email one or all of the members by username, email address or paypal address. Admin area will need to be able to quiry any user by username, email address or paypal address and see their full details There will be no initial payment system, sign up will be free, straight to the log in page with a valid username, password, email address and paypal address.
