move/enhance existing (tango/access) website to asp/vb MSSQL

hi, i'm looking for a developer who is familiar with asp, vb, mssql, javascript and xml to help port and enhance an existing site (tango/access implementation) to a asp/vb with some javascript and mssql implementation. the functionality would be the same, however we have an existing asp codebase with modified interface and navigation system - so it wouldn't be a straight port - you'd have to work within our existing framework when porting the system over. the project needs to be completed no later than the end of january, then tested and tweaked during february, and the final site needs to be delivered by march 1st. my best estimate is that it will require between 150-200 hours of work per month to complete. i cannot grant access to teh system to look it over during the bidding porocess, but i have made a movie you can watch to get a sense of the scope of the project. [login to view URL] thanks, mark ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
