*RingTone Site REPLICA NEEDED *

I need someone to be EXTREMELY creative with it, YET SIMPLE. I don't want it to fancy and to hard on the eye. I need computer illiterate people to be able to use it. If your good enough at all this...I'm willing to pay some nice cash...but you must be familiar with ring tones and sites like them to be able to make this for me. You also will be needing to setup a database in MySQL or something for all the registered users. I need the script to be able to make it so users can purchase CREDITS to download ringers. Like you could buy 5 credits at 4.99, 10 credits at 8.99, and 20 credits for 15.99. Then it would record the number of credits for that account and then that person would be able to download that many credits (1 ringtone = 1 credit).
