E-commerce website transfer plus some other stuff

I have an wordpress ecommerce site with 81 products in a few categories complete with pictures, description etc. I would like all of that migrated to the latest version of zen cart on my host. You will work in a new folder with a fresh installation of zen cart. I will need a simple theme made to match my existing site. I have paypal account already set up, I need the site shopping cart to checkout with pay pal. Configuration of emailing system -from when a user signs up...welcome email - when customer places an order...sends out nice email with template order has been received etc - when order is completed...sends out another email with receipt I must be able to get notified of new orders, mark orders as complete etc... Social networking buttons Set up taxes for one area only if customer chooses that specific area I would like a form put on my website as well under a page. Again...this store must retain all functionality of my current store which will be given to the chosen winner. Everything must work before I redirect the link. I am looking to work with someone long term for products being added, order processing etc. Budget for this is $20 - $50
