Desktop ebook creator software in C/C++

Hi, I need a desktop program created that will create ebooks from standard web pages like are on the Internet today. It will import the web pages into the program, and compile an .exe ebook from those pages for distribution. It must also contain a branding tool, so I can allow other people to brand their web business names into the software. Ultimately, it should work and function like Armand Morin ebook generator pro.
