Email marketing system

Email marketing site. Similar to: <[login to view URL]>and <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]>. Please refer to these sites to see what I have in mind. The site will allow users to send out newsletters, announcements, invitiation etc. to their email distribution list which they import. It will allow the receiver of the email the ability to register for events or submit a request for info, reply to email, respond to a poll, submit a referral, request an appointment, etc. as well as tracking how many messages were opened, delivered or rejected. The email messages will be interactive and allow the receiver to respond, respond to poll questions, submit referrals and register for seminars. The user (financial planners) will sign up on the site as a user, but they will need to manage their client email lists on the site as well, so they can send the email messages to their clients. Clients can choose from stock email or input their own messages by importing a word document. The system will also keep track of only group events. If they want an individual appointment it will just notify the user (planner) via email or a notice on the site that an appointment has been requested. The planner will then call to set it up. Also, provide bid for hosting costs and hourly rate for continued maintenance in the future after project is completed. Provide sames of projects you have done that are similar and time to completion. Please contact me with questions.
