Job posting / Resume posting website

I need a website so that employers can post job openings. The employers will be able to create an account, and then post jobs within certain categories. The jobs can then be searched and browsed by City, Company, Province, Type of Job, and by Date Added. Employees will also have a separate login area where they can post resumes. The companies will pay to have their postings online, so there must be some PayPal integration. The content will be user generated, so that the employers themselves can post the jobs and modify the descriptions in real time. The most important things about this project is the database, which will house the posting, the layout of the site - not too much graphics, but must be easy to use. The postings must also be SEO enabled, so that we have clear H1,H2,H3 parameters and job posting titles should appear in the title links. I am also wondering if it would be possible to have the job site work so that job seekers can post a resume on the site, and the resumes can be browsable by the employers. (But maybe in order to actually contact the posters, the employers would have to sign up and pay a sign up fee). Would this be very complex? I currently have a host which gives me about 800mb of server space. Would this be sufficient for a small to medium sized site... probably under 500 users, very few graphics. **The site would be a jobsite for doctors, so it would have fewer search fields than a regular job site. Also, the site interface will be in french (I already have the translations done. Some of the database entries will be french, which I will give to you, and the interface is easy, I already have the translation.)** ## Deliverables The following are some specs for the project. They can pay a larger fee to post ads on the site- 1 fee per year would enable them to post as many ads as they want for a year. These employers can also search the resumes and get the contact information of the resume posters for free. But, for other employers, there will be a reduced fee where they will not be able to post any ads, but they can search the resumes and see the contact information for the employees and contact the employees. Any other person coming to the site will be able to search the resumes, but the contact information for employees will be hidden from view. Site Search: The site must be searchable by region - I will supply you a list with about 20 locations: The establishments can choose one or more of these regions, and the jobs will be searchable by region. The employer must be able to choose more than one region if he wants. mandatory -------- **I think the best approach would be to write the site mostly in English, and then I can translate most of it to French, and either I will rewrite the html in French, or I will translate and pay you to do it. This will not be a major issue. But since the front page is already translated, you can do the front page in french. The site will not be difficult to do. It will be like any other job site, just more specialized for doctors, so that means you will just have to modify a standard database. As for the translation, this will be easy... there are some scripts on the market that already have a translated version, and if not, I can translate, and then just pay you a supplemental fee to make the modifications.** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
