Allow medical professionals to register on the website, upload there signature and following authorisation • Perform an assessment of a client using an online medical questionnaire.A dynamic questionaire bases on client symtoms and needs to have options • Analyse medical records of clients as per instruction. • build the report once questionnaire is complete and to save the report as a pdf/word/ etc. This report can be saved on database and also printed • Allow medical professionals to amend reports. and to send follow up reports answering queries from solicitors and to send b a letter answering any queries. help and guidance for experts training case to be added allow users to see cases completed, incomplete and new cases 3. For medico legal firms and solicitors a further service to be provided in which they can • Register on the site and select an expert. and a brief description of there resume. • They can also get feedback ie of how many reports an expert has completed and time frame from appointment • They can have a facility to collect all reports in which instructions have been done 4. Website administrators require back end functionality. Ability to view registered experts, medicolegal firms, allow authorisation of [login to view URL] software will need to be ecommerce compatible and have a high degree of security for users.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
