Wordpress Guru Needed for Blog Coding and Setup

We are in need of help setting up small site/group blog with e-commerce digital downloads of content using Wordpress as the CMS. The site design itself should be a basic variant of techcrunch.com. Admin users will be able to post blog posts which will include text, audio and video which will be streamable and downloadable. Some content will only be streamable while others will be both. The e-commerce comes into play because periodically we will charge for audio, and video downloads. All aspects of the site should be able to be integrated in the wordpress controll panel. Here is a list of the plugins or your recommended variant of the plugin we will need installed: Feedburner, Polls, Gravatars, Cool Player, Custom Query strength, WP noteables, Permalink redirect, sidebar widget, sociable, spamkarma 2 reloaded, timezone, ultimate tag warrior, WP database backup/ WP Cron, WP mail validator, fold category list, content, extract, fold page list, Google site map: google to yahoo sitemap converter, filosofo unchecked default category, image manager, email shroud, popularity contest, WP contact form, subscribe to comments, subscribe to newsletter, related posts. We will also need to be able handle image ads. The important aspect of the site is that our video and audio will be delivered from our amazon S3 account. Winning bidder will need to also upload the site to our server and make sure everything works. Code must comform to web standards and sight must be SEO friendly. We are looking for a coder or team to grow with us. Successful completetion of project and in a timely manner will invariably lead to more work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site will be hosted on a linux server, and must work on IE, Firefox, and Opera.
