Cartoon about oil change(repost)

Hello, On our Website, We have a page explaining why it is important to choose the right oil, and then we are showing to the user how to change his oil. See page: <[login to view URL]> We would like to make this page more friendly, then we would need a cartoon in flash saying the same things but in an animated way. As the design of the pictures in the current page is quite simple and old fashioned, we would like to have a new design , with a character explaining things for instance ( a mechanic or something) and showing how to make those gestures. As we can not choose before seeing, we expect, before accepting a bid, that the bidder sends us a **_design proposal_** for the first frames of the storyboard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done: .swf version and .fla versions are required. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): -The swf file must contain a loader if the size exceeds 150Kbytes and it would be anyways below 1 000Kbytes. -every required effect should be sent to us for validation, then inserting into the movie. -a day-to-day report of work done+ testing should be provided as development progresses. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Macromedia Flash
