351499 New Flash Shopping Mall direc

I need a shopping mall directory that will have similar functionality and appeal as [login to view URL], however when store categories are chosen categories will show as [login to view URL] This directory will have 3 admins, 1) a super admin giving me control over entire directory. , 2) a second admin which will allow mall managers control over updating and managing info related to their mall . 3) 3rd admin which will allow shops and stores inside the mall to add and manage info as it relates to their store. This directory will have a coupon generator which will allow stores listed in the directory to create and offer coupons. Desired programmer-should have a solid review history, excellent communication and follow up skills, design and programming skills, and can complete project with in 30 days.
