phpmotion/video site help

Looking for help with a new video website that will compliment our television channel in Myrtle Beach, SC - www.tv33mb.com. We are looking at phpmotion or other ideas including clipshare. We need help and support for a new video website and several more to come in the near future. We currently have a dedicated server but may be moving to one that is more video friendly. This is what we need. 1. Script installation 2. Template design 3. extra modules (ie. ffmpeg, etc) support 4. Add ons that are available We also are streaming live with another company which we would like to set up a publishing point, stats, etc on our server and skip paying the $50 per month extra we pay now. It would also be advantageous to allow others to set up streaming on our server as well and charge them monthly as we pay now. 1. Live stream publishing point set up 2. Possibility of reselling. we currently use [login to view URL] and would like to do the same thing and resell to many of our partners and sister television stations. We did try this last year and chose a company but what we received was not what we were told we would get!
