I need JAVA PRO and windows phone app SDK pro - C#

We are going to use a script to automatically generate java source code. This is going to be a website. It is going to automatically develop windows apps and compile them and email them to the user. The easy part is that there is only going to be certain things they can do like 1. RSS FEED 2. Youtube video EMBED 3. Free HTML page to write in 4. An Information page (contact) name, phone, email, 5. A location on a map 6. We can start with that. I need a price quote for the whole project completed. Remember, The java is going to generate the same code the same time, just with different user input.
