New Dynamic Website Needed

This is very high level requirement. Also Please read this carefully and estimate the days you needed. Because Its very high priority project for us we can not accept delays. Need very good looking college website with the standard menus like Home, Courses, Department, Facilities, Placements, Activities. Detailed list would be provided at the time of project awarding. Every Department will have its own Home Page. Basically it would be a subdomain. Also it should be dynamically work in case in future some new department is added. Also Department page will contain some important news, Toppers of that department and Login to enter. Login types: 1. Administrator (Superuser) 2. MD or Principal (Complete privileges) 2. Control anything in site. 3. Supervisor (Only manage and restricted to confidential information) 4. Faculties (Can Manage students and their info) 5. Students (Can manage their profile) Online application form would be provided in the site. There students will apply for the college. The application fee should be collected by a payment gateway. Once they apply on that college. Commitee will choose the students and offer them a seat. Once offered and they joined the student will become a login in that site and corresponding department. Faculties would be added by Supervisor. And superuser by MD or Principal and MD or Pricipal by Administrator (Super user). Student Login: Students once they logged in they should have following options. 1. Profile Update (includes password change. It will not allow all the fields to change) 2. Fees and Payment Management 3. Attendance 4. Marks, Arrears, Results info (These information should be imported from MDB Access file) Way to send SMS, Email to their parents and students. 5. Syllabus Technology Details: 1. PHP, HTML5, AJAX (Completely Dynamic) 2. MySQL DB (DB Schema design would be provided) 3. Very good Graphical template
