Linking Program for website

We need our new website, [[login to view URL]][1] promoted correctly. We want someone to create and run a linking campaign where you the bidder will, 1) Get people linking to our website (some paid, but mostly free) 2) Get us linking back to other websites 3) Improve our google page rank 4) Improve our inbound and outbound links to increase search engine ranking performance We have used a number of dubious services where we pay to be linked on other websites, but the general quality of this is poor and need someone to find perfect matching websites for us and get them to link to us (and we will link back if required) We are running a current affiliate campaign so are steadily improving inbound links, but need someone who really knows what they are doing and can do the job for us. 1) Please only give a full price that you require, no comments, or bid prices that are dependant on something - we need a full price! 2) Please give us examples of clients you have worked for and the results you have achieved WE ONLY NEED PEOPLE BIDDING THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PROVIDE US WITH RESULTS VERY QUICKLY We have a large number of websites that need working on, so a successful bidder here with the correct skills could pick up a lot of work from this job! Many thanks Jon ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
