Required a JAVA standalone component that will communicate with a web service (reference web service will be provided) and as required:
* Uncompress the byte stream from a web service of an XML Document (tar, zip, gzip, bzip2 compressions) if compressed
* Save the XML to the file named in the configuration file ([login to view URL]).
* Shell and wait for execution completion of a program in the same folder
* Transmit the XML files created (compressing them with tar, zip, gzip, bzip2 compressions) as appropriate and then transmitting them to the web service
* Respond to a “wait?? message by waiting the specified seconds.
* The web service may require a logon.
[login to view URL] - contains the names of the files, programs and parameters.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This project is being modified over the next week. It will be a conversion to JAVA of an .AspNet 2.0 C# application. This would significantly decrease the work required to be done. i.e. it will not be a new development but a port only. C# code should be posted by end of next week.
