181952 A 100% clone project (iwebcam)

We are a Company which our core business is interactive media concepts. We are owners of several sucess projects related to ADULT VIDEOCHAT pay per minute platforms and some dating sites. Currently we are seeking to launch an instant dating community concept- (SEE below description of project) We want / Mandatory skills: A) A Company (that can allocate a team of people) or a group of freelancers (that can work together as a team) B) The selected Company or selected group of freelancer/s need to have at least a team of 4 people fully alocated to this project. C) Only companies/freelancers that have at least a MINIMUM of 25 references/past projects within scriptlance can bid for this project. D) The Team must be composed AT LEAST with : c.1) (2)TWO VERY senior FLASH designer, who handles very well FLASH COMM projects (you can use flash media server, RED5 or womzla media servers) - c.2) (1)One very skilled PHP or ASP programmer and c.3) (1) One designer E) The flash cooms programmers/designers of the elected Company or freelancer/s group must have at least 4 years in experience (Senior guys) F) The elected Company or group of freelancer/s must proove/show their past portfolio and indicate professional references and C.v.`S (curriculum vitae`s). Should also be able to give us past customer/project references and some contacts within for us to check their opinion and past customer satisfaction. G) All Countries Programmers/Companies are elected, even though we do have a special preference from companies that are within GMT-4 and with GMT+4 working schedule. H) Payments wil be done thorught ESCROW only and will be splitted in a minimum of 4 parts. (25 %Starting project escrow, 25% project completion and testing, 25% project completion and testing and 25% final release, debugging, testing) PS: We will not even consider or reply to anyone who does not meet the above mentioned criterias. If not create a dinamic word input in the backoffice for us to add bad words to b filtered in the frontend chat ( a banned word will be replaced by "XXXXX" or "banned". b.4)Viral marketing - refer new friends tool whereas a registered member can refer new friends to join the network ( preferably with automatic email contacts import script(we do have the script)as seen on myspace, hi5 - refer new friends feature. Upon invitation, for each referred / invited and joined new friend, the invitee and the inviter would get xx credits (dinamic value in backoffice) in their time wallet. Customer can check in real time how many new friends she/he as invited, how many of them have registered and how many credits/stars she/he has earnt for each invited new friend. b.5)Ff any public or private room listed in the rooms list is set up as adult/not clean chat (orange flag) then first a flash notice will pop up everytime prior to the customer be able to enter in that type of rooms. That flash notice will be a small adult disclaimer that needs to translated aswell in multilanguage. We need to clearly inform the customers/ kids that certain rooms can contain adult images.
