Install Data Bases and write cross reference code

Our preliminary code audit peojects the below project should take an expert coder from 6-8 hours. JOB DESCRIPTION Build Large Database that within this operates 3 information DBs which link & cross reference another, the three link to a One Page Form. These 3 will provide (1)product codes and (2)product info/uses & (3)User 1 Certification Info. The Primary goal of which is order [login to view URL] Form is an order form that requires multiple users, [two (2)], accessing the same form at separate times in the order process. Therefore, they require separate login information and passwords. Order Form consists of 5 Separate Areas referring to specific information that is relevant to the successful completion of the order being filled. There are roughly 40 fields that require data entry. Some of these will be “smart fields?? that will auto-fill when repeated in separate areas on the form or will auto-fill for example if a product is typed in it will seek and find appropriate code for that product. The form will originate with User 1. User 1 fills in the information appropriate for them and it is saved, sent/submitted automatically to the 2nd User. User 1 selects which User 2 receives order info. for fulfillment. This function will be done by the 1st User. They will choose their name and the order fulfillment location name which is the 2nd User. The 2nd User will complete the form and fill order for customer. Once the product order is completed the Entire Form and its information will be saved/archived on our Database so that we may have the ability to store and access all information at our company location. All information will be DBSD on our Companies servers. Functions Available to User 1 & 2 • Send to: 3-4 Possible locations. • Print: The Entire Form or Individual Sections of the Form . There are four sections that are primary. • Save: Same as above • Archive: “ “ • Clear: “ “ **Possibly 3-5 additional functions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
