Project should include atleast one of these two or both. 1st: Customer can send/save cart for offer before payment wich can be edited from the backend, like prices and quantity for products in the cart. After editing cart customer should see notice that he's/her offer has completed and could just accept it just by adding whole cart or parts from it to shoppingcart and proceed to payment or just delete it if does not want to order. 2nd: Customers could send shoppingcarts contents to friend with email. (Can use same offercart system also) but customer should have not to be required to save cart before sending. I hope you have very good knowledge from Magento, php, html, mysql. If you have skill from editing magento templates I may need your help aswell in it but its a bit later, about 1-2 weeks ahead.
