Security Company Software

This is going to be art of a bigger software that we are looking to get design. I will break this down into steps. please read carefully and only bid on this if you are able and willing to complete this project on time and make sure its good to go. Company Name: Infantry Defense Systems Job Description: Security Guard Company Software Purpose of Software: To manage security guard company and guards effectively for clients Colors should be Red, White and Blue 1st Phase: Software should come equip with login portal to access software. This needs to be professional design and also attractive not just a plain box. Should look very presentable. Second Step: We should be building the inside of the site which will be the layout. Across the op should have menu options which should be: Incidents Daily Operation Reports Company Officers Logout For now we are not going to work on any of the buttons on the menu except for Company and Officers.... 3rd Step: We will begin working on company page with should be interactive with the menu button...... Please see below.... Once we click on the company button it should give us the option to view all companies we have entered within the software also it should be a button that says add a company. Once we click add company it should pull up another page where we can enter company demographics which will be:::: Company Name - Company Address - Company Phone - Company Email - P.O.C. - Direct Number - Start Date - End Date - Number of Guards - Site Plan ( should be a drop down box with the following options 24hrs, Days - Prime - Midnight - Unique) Assigned Supervisor - Assigned Guards: Under assigned guards we should be able to unlimited amount of guards which will come from our officers list one we have that active. 4th Step: This will be the officer button once we click on the officer button it should open the page to view all officers that are saved to the system. It should also have a button for adding a new officer. Once we click on that we should be able to add all the officers demo graphics: Officer Name, Officer Address, Officer Email, Officer Phone, Officer Cell, Officer D.O.B, Officer SSN, Officer Badge Number, It should also give us the option to upload a picture of the officer as well which we can retrieve from out computer. We also need select button boxes for the following within the Officer demographics Armed/Unarmed - CPR/First Aid - EMT - Military - Police - Corrections Availability Days/Prime/Nights Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday Assigned Site should be a drop down box which is generated from the companies name........ This will end this part of the software, please bid only if you can complete and have experience in software development and design. We want this software to look very professional and very user friendly and we need on time communication with developer and also we will talk about bringing programmer on full time and work something out on the rest of the software.
