convert site pages to rss feed

This is a VERY simple project for a coder if you know what you are doing with RSS and php or cgi. I want a php or cgi script that will completely spider all pages on my website, starting from the home page, and create an xml/rss feed from all the pages. I want to list a link on my site to offer my xml / rss feed in this or similar format [login to view URL] (I want to be able to specify the feedname) I then want the script to deliver 10 of the items in standard xml format for syndication through rss... but... I want the script to randomly select X# of items (I control X) each time the script is called so each time it's called, the feed is different. I'll will specify other details such as title, description, and more in creating the feed that we can discuss in private board if you feel this is a project you can do. All code is work for hire and should work on a standard linux server with cpanel. I want all changes (feedname, X, etc.) to be done via a web admin panel in the script - I don't want to have to FTP new changes onto my server each time. I should just FTP everything in once, for the initial install. Also, for the install - there should be a [login to view URL] file...that asks me for the MySQL database info (via the web if you end up wanting to use MySQL)...then I will give it to it, and it will set up the tables, initial data in the database, etc. If I have to chmod files/directories when initially putting the script on the server, that's fine. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must run on a linux server
