Lotto site / software: Software: The idea here is to have a sys tray icon program that is downloaded from a web site. The program needs to function similar to the real one player ad ware system. When you exit real player one at the bottom right there is a small ad that pops up. I want this to be basically an ad ware system. I want the web site page the software file is on, done in such a way that it auto pop's up to install the software. This will be an .exe file. The software needs to collect First Name Last Name Address City State Country Phone email And a check box that is unchecks for the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be included in the software prior to installation. And if user does not check accept the program will not install. Obviously there needs to be an admin area where I can change the ads that are loaded. In the ad system I need to be able to control CPM, CPC, and other types of ad payment structures. I need to be able to change my admin password. The software needs to only report the user information to the server if the software is downloaded. Any DB format is fine. This software is also needs to be able to randomly select a user at different intervals of the day to win cash prizes and be able to flash the prize in the same screen that the ads will pop up . . . gift prizes will also be given away I need to be able to set in the admin section of the web site the payment amount and to randomly select a user to win. The software needs to be reporting the server when users are online and be able to flash a small cash prize and gift prize in the same screen that the ads will pop up. I need to be able to set ads at intervals say 30 min. – 45 min. I also want a PPC search engine installed and managed by the same admin area as the rest of the site. I don't want 5 logins to mange one site. PPC needs to only report unique per day. PPC search engine to accept [login to view URL] deposits. I am open to any other ideas for a system like this. Also during the building of this software a linux server will be availiable for testing if needed. This project must be completed in a timley fashion . . . . This project along with a few other details is holding up a larger project. Bonus will be paid for early deliverey.
