I need an online application (preferably PHP or PERL) that I can pass the following URLs to... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ... and the application will process the image data and generate the text equivalent. In other words, if the hit counter graphic displays [00150], the app should generate "00150" as the output. The application only has to process the 2 styles above. The application will know which style to process since "style" is one of the GET variables in the URL being passed. It will either be "A" or "default" style. The above counters operate on a very limited character set, so it should be very predictable by analyzing the image data and not require any fuzzy OCR-type approach. Hit counter samples containing all 10 numbers (0-9) in each style will be given to the winning coder, or are readily available by visiting random eBay auctions.
