Hi, I need freelance developer who is an expert in php, python, NuSOAP (Web Service) and android(optional) to customize and add additional features to an existing open source multimedia application developed in php and python which has two applications. 1) Sever application developed in php 2) Client application developed in python and another version of the same application developed in c# dotnet winforms. Once selected for the project the developer must fully understand the functionality of the project, modify UI, rework client based on the functional changes in the server application. The project needs to started as soon as possible and there should be no delay in delivering the project. Please do not bid if you dont have the required skills.
