Forum Theme SMF V 1.4

This is a project that involves: 1. Taking an existing SMF theme and updating it from v 1.1 to v 1.4 or creating a SMF theme that closely matches this theme: [login to view URL];g2_albumId=21877&g2_itemId=22454&g2_imageViewsIndex=1 2. Adding spots where I can include advertising (listed in requirements document) 3. Adding ad ons to make the site appealing (also listed in requirements doc) 4. Installation of working copy on my server 5. Test and tweak final setup for flawless functionality I will be providing a logo (which is being designed right now), and would like the project completed within 1 - 2 weeks at the latest. I believe the skills needed are PHP, my SQL, web design, CSS, and HTML If you are interested in this project, please review the requirements for the project listed below and provide samples of SMF designs you have done that meet the requirements of this project. While I understand there are costs associated with developing a solution, I do not expect to get bids in the range of $800+. This this project does not require a design from scratch solution so it should not take 150 to 200 man hours to complete. I feel this project is in the $30 to $100 range. But I am focused on obtaining a quality product. I expect to pay but I am not rolling in the dough, if you feel your bid warrants higher than the $100 please show me why, and your bid will be seriously considered.
