Magento Single eCommerce Store Development & Design

I am looking for an experienced Magento Programmer and Web Designer to make a custom designed Magento e-commerce store. Here are the things I need: 1. Edit widget placements (I'll provide the layout) 2. CSS Styling (I'll provide the PSDs) 3. Best sellers list integration (best if it can be updated automatically according to sales) 4. Affiliate Program Integration: * Support Paypal Mass Pay: Allow quick export of commissions and Paypal email address in the .csv or .txt format recognizable by Paypal Mass Pay * Support Affiliate Stats tracking: How many referrals + % of referrals that bought + Total sales brought in * Support setting of % commissions for specific affiliates * Support affiliates sign-up and allow them to specify if they would like to be paid via "Check" to their billing addresses or "Paypal". My budget for everything stated above is $600 USD max. I will be awarding the bid to the person/company with a proven track record of Magento designed sites and with the lowest bid. Please provide a portfolio of your Magento website designs or else you will not be considered for this project.
